- Work does not commence until payment (or deposit) is received.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or PayPal.
- Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.
3. Revisions and Scope Changes
- Projects include a defined number of revisions as outlined in your proposal.
- Additional changes or requests outside the original scope may incur extra costs.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Providing all necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensuring all supplied assets (logos, images, etc.) are owned or licensed for use
- Testing the site or product promptly once delivered
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all final deliverables become your property.
- We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- If you cancel a project, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for completed work or time already invested.
7. Support and Warranty
- A 14-day warranty is included for fixing any technical bugs found after delivery.
- Ongoing support or maintenance can be provided under a separate agreement.
8. Liability
ChaosTech (Mikomi LTD) is not liable for:
- Loss of income or business caused by service interruptions or delays
- Any damage caused by third-party tools, plugins, or platforms used in the project
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
